“Smooth for onboarding flow
Pros
Where should I begin? I manage everything from the pre-employment stage through onboarding for approximately thirty to fifty hires each week and this tool has made those responsibilities remarkably easy and for the most part, stress-free, because it interfaces with other applications I can monitor assessments and tests, communicate directly with my candidates, initiate background checks and drug screening and upload virtually any type of documentation (PDF, JPG, DOC, XLS) which are just a few of the pre-employment capabilities I depend on. When it comes time to onboard, I only need to complete the required fields and the platform automatically disseminates the necessary documents and records to Payroll, Security, IT and other pertinent departments. Having lived through the era of paper-based personnel files as a baby boomer, I remember how many miles of paper could be stored for a single employee, so to me it genuinely feels like a godsend.
Cons
One drawback I regularly face is that my candidates cannot use their smartphones to submit electronic applications and assessments, they are forced to use a desktop or laptop computer instead. In an age where many applicants are millennials and prefer mobile-first interactions, I would be able to collect documents and complete processes much more quickly if they were able to submit e-apps and assessments from their smartphones or iPhones.

“Easier HR work with full online control
Pros
As an HR professional, this solution has made my department's life so much easier, because everything is accessible online, the system allows extensive customization and the reporting we receive is incredibly useful, employees can see precisely where they stand in the onboarding workflow whenever they log in and being able to deploy new policies for acknowledgement is invaluable, while I particularly appreciate the online I-9 verification feature.
Cons
As both an end user and an HR practitioner, I really wish the Recruiting and Onboarding modules were congreatated under a single sign-on, because having to register two different accounts proved confusing for me and for new hires, who struggled with creating separate credentials just to finish the steps required to join the company.

“Simple applicant selection process
Pros
For me, choosing applicants and setting their dispositions in the platform is remarkably easy and simple which speeds up workflow.
Cons
I wish I could flag the candidates I hire so the system would remember those selections automatically, eliminating the need to repeatedly mark them.

Pros
What I appreciated most was how simple and self-explanatory the interface felt and everything being neatly congreatated within my task list made navigation effortless, I enjoyed employing this during onboarding and would unquestionably recommend it to others!
Cons
I found almost nothing to criticize because, for me, every feature worked well and the overall experience was remarkably easy to operate, so I had no complaints about usability.

Pros
Honestly, I appreciate being able to eliminate every paper form traditionally demanded during onboarding for a new hire which greatly aligns the process.
Cons
While certain features feel incomplete and the product doesn't truly target higher education needs, I was informed the team is actively developing improvements.

“Secure way to submit new-hire documents
Pros
I found this application to be an excellent and secure method for submitting new hire I-9 paperwork for PRN workers, as it made the whole documentation process easy and protected sensitive information.
Cons
Although I initially attempted to use Internet Explorer, that browser proved to be less compatible with the program, after switching to Chrome, everything functioned perfectly and I did not encounter any issues while using it.

“Onboarding setup feels a bit clunky
Pros
Using this software, I've managed to build an excellent onboarding journey for my team that feels cohesive and professional and by tailoring the onboarding portal to mirror our company's visual identity I helped new hires immediately feel included and connected from their first day.
Cons
I find that organizing tasks and sequencing them is somewhat awkward and time-consuming. I also encountered a fairly steep learning curve while assembling the onboarding portal, particularly when it comes to adding images and similar media elements.

“Hard to configure with limited features!!
Pros
For our small company, this tool has proven effective in helping us transition away from tough manual workflows and paper-based onboarding tasks, aligning processes and reducing administrative overhead in tangible ways.
Cons
Okay so... I found the product rather challenging to set up because configuration is difficult and beyond basic functionality, it offers virtually no bells and whistles or advanced features that we'd hoped to see.
