Honestly nothing much to note so far. However I feel like the price could be a bit lower but it is definitely worth every dollar given the results as it stands out compared to other recruiters I have worked with in the past.

Rocket sourced high quality candidates for us. We were consistently impressed by the candidates presented as well as their ability to keep candidates engaged. Also they brought in FANG-level talent to our Series A organization. They were organized, prompt and a pleasure to work with. We worked with Anant as our account manager and Kelly as our recruiter. Both were fantastic, accommodating and relentless in finding us the perfect candidates.

There is nothing I dislike about it. They are a small scrappy startup just like us. And it sometimes shows but they are always open to feedback and make adjustments as needed.

We asked Rocket to find a new CEO for one of our venture portfolio startups which was about to enter its Series B round. Finding the right candidate was quite challenging because the ideal person had to be a mix of a founder, an experienced CEO and an industry leader in a very specific niche. Not only was the candidate we hired outstanding but the shortlist of candidates Rocket provided was impressive too. Plus the time it took Rocket to run the process was the shortest I have ever seen in my venture capitalist career. Clearly their AI platform gives it a significant advantage. I am just amazed.
