Pros
RoleBase makes managing collaborative governance easy for me by offering simple tools to visualize teams and their roles, track individual tasks, plan and summarize meetings and view upcoming responsibilities, among other features.
Cons
So far there are no issues. The tool meets our needs where other tools we used could not offer the same level of simplicity and easy access to information, which was spread across multiple tools like wiki, GitLab and Nextcloud.

Cons

Pros
RoleBase is quite easy to use. Within minutes I had a clear organizational chart of my company and I was able to easily map my team's skills.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that some integration work is still needed to fully drive large-scale internal adoption of all the features.

Pros
It makes it simple to divide work among different people. You always know who's responsible for what and who should be doing what next. Also it helps prevent overlap or confusion as everyone knows their responsibilities. It is an essential tool for managing a medium to large team.
Cons
The discussion feature lacks notifications when a new message is posted. Additionally I feel like having a mobile view would be really helpful to get notified about new messages.

I use RoleBase every day in my organization. It helps me run weekly meetings for my department, keeping them structured and ensuring I can quickly access discussions and actions relevant to my team. Plus I really like how it allows asynchronous discussions with other departments and saves meeting notes for future reference.
Cons
I have not come across any downsides for now but I'd like a more advanced integration with my Outlook calendar.

Pros
It is pretty easy to organize meetings with multiple team members and make changes when needed. The meeting templates are great for keeping things on track and I can get a full overview of the team structure. It syncs perfectly with my Outlook calendar too.
Cons
A few features I think could be added such as the Room reservation option to make meeting notes confidential when needed. Also the ability to set reminders for upcoming meetings like 15 minutes or 30 minutes before.
