Pros
One thing that's been really valuable is how this platform can generate targeted candidate lists that line up with our sourcing criteria. We've ended up extending offers to several candidates we discovered through it which says a lot. The interface is adaptive so getting started didn't take much time or training. Also,the customer success team is proactive about checking in and making sure we're keeping up with candidate reviews.
Cons
Sometimes the candidate pool misses the mark compared to what we're actually looking for and some of the matches can feel completely irrelevant to our sourcing criteria.

Pros
Going through a large pool of candidates doesn't take much effort with this tool and it lets me sort through them pretty quickly.
Cons
The filtering features still feel a bit limited and could be stronger when it comes to narrowing candidates down more precisely.

Cons
The location filtering still needs work. I keep seeing candidates from across the broader area instead of only people who are within a reasonable commuting distance of our dealership.
