“Helpful HR tool

Pros

As an HR professional, I have found this tool to be highly beneficial, offering a range of tools such as applicant tracking, a comprehensive employee database and profiles, payroll processing capabilities and time-and-attendance management.

Cons

What I disliked was that it can suffer from notably sluggish performance at times, with screens occasionally freezing during use and unless the developers address this instability I think its adoption by more companies will remain limited.
