“Interactive and Fast Scheduling Tool
Pros
I like that I can approach each task in different ways. It lets me work the way that feels most natural and efficient to me.
Cons
The leave calendar could really use a full year or at least a 6 month view instead of just the current one. Also, it would save me a lot of time if I could search for specific employees on timesheets instead of just filtering by shop.

“Easy and User Friendly Experience
Pros
It's easy to use. The interface is clean and looks great which makes everything run smoothly. Submitting time off requests is easy and I don't have to worry about calculating my annual leave balance anymore. Plus, customer support is always quick to respond. I also love being able to see who else is scheduled for shifts and it makes coordinating so much easier.
Cons
The app sometimes just stops working which can be frustrating especially when you need it the most.

“Solid choice with minor issues
Pros
The new messaging update for colleagues works really well. The texting feature is solid too. This tool has seriously made my life easier and helps line managers with scheduling shifts much more smoothly.
Cons
Occasionally, the app randomly switches shifts around, messing up my coworkers' schedules and that's annoying. The annual leave management section could really use some improvements, it's not very user friendly. Also, the KPI dashboard needs to be more comprehensive and easier to use.

“Scheduling Made Simple
Pros
I really like how simple it is to stay on top of messages and view both my personal schedule and the full team calendar. Submitting time off requests is easy too. While other tools are similar, this one has such a clean and thoughtful design that makes everything feel interactive.
Cons
Requesting time off isn't as simple as it could be. I need to be extra careful when entering dates and selecting the reason for my leave. The whole process could definitely be more streamlined.

“Impressive Workforce Management Solution
Pros
Honestly, I can't imagine running operations without this tool, it's been a game changer for keeping everyone updated on schedule changes and availability. Any business would really benefit from something like this.
Cons
I sometimes have to log out and back in before changes actually show up. Not sure if it's my browser or the system but it's kind of annoying. Other than that, everything works pretty well and it's easy to use and gets the job done.

The access controls are restrictive and some of our lead associates can't view all the team members they need to manage.

“Best scheduling with room to grow
Pros
Having everything in one place for scheduling is awesome and my team now has a modern way to check their rotas. The leave search feature has been a huge win for us since we manage several shops. Now,I can check leave requests by shop without any problem. Plus, getting reports on annual leave and sickness is so easy which makes managing my team way more efficient. Staff can enter their rotas and book time off well in advance and honestly, creating schedules is easy.
Cons
Its functionality keeps shifting and the site crashes during crucial moments which makes scheduling a real headache. I'm not sure if it's a platform issue or something specific to our company but useful features keep disappearing. Things like moving gaps to the top of the page, inputting days off and creating or deleting specific schedule times for each location have all been removed and yes, the mobile app doesn't notify team members when managers make changes to schedules, so they have to manually check for updates.

“Helpful tool with some limitations
Pros
I picked this up really quickly, very easy to learn. I love that it works across different platforms and feels really well built. Whether I'm handling payroll or just looking at my schedule, it's solid. The scheduling feature has become one of my favorites especially since recent updates made it even faster. Managing holidays and time off requests is surprisingly smooth too.
Cons
It has some areas that definitely need work. It's still pretty new, so there are a few bugs floating around, though not too many. The good news is the team is responsive to feedback and fixes issues quickly.

“Good tool but not the best
Pros
Checking my schedule on my phone is very easy, no problems at all.
Cons
It would be great to have more features like a mobile app that lets managers modify schedules more easily on their phones. Also, the ability to flag shifts or add notes is definitely missing.
