“Great HR software

Pros

Runa's been a real help when it comes to handling payroll. It's made HR stuff a lot easier to manage, plus the whole thing around benefits and employee perks is super simple to stay on top of.

Cons

What's been kinda frustrating is that the customer support people outside the chat keep changing. So when something comes up, I don't always know who to reach out to. It just makes it confusing and takes longer to get stuff solved.

“Needs better vacation tracking

Pros

It is super easy to use. The calendar helped us keep track of who was out on vacation which made scheduling a lot smoother for everyone.

Cons

We tried setting up the vacation tracking but couldn't really get it working right. It just didn't fit the way we handle time off and felt messy, so we ended up doing it some other way.

“Excellent software

Pros

It's been really easy to do all the payroll calculations and stamping, it works great. I also love that we can send money to any bank account without worrying about where it's from, that's a big plus.

Cons

I'm not really into how the attendance part works. I don't trust that everyone's gonna use their code like they're supposed to. I'd rather have a tablet set up at the entrance where people can check in, kinda like the old punch clocks. Also think they could do better with the reports. Stuff like turnover, evaluations, or general tracking just isn't that strong right now.

“Helpful just not smooth

Pros

It's a pretty great payroll platform. I like having all our events and stuff in one place on the calendar. Payslips get sent out automatically and employees can check and update their own info which saves us time.

Cons

I don't get any alerts when something needs to be approved. So I end up missing stuff unless I check manually which gets annoying. The way it looks and works just isn't that easy to get around. It's not very smooth or clear, so it takes me longer to figure things out than it should.

“Super user friendly

Pros

This is the system we use at my current job and it's been really user friendly. We use it for payroll, final paychecks and severance and it handles it all without much trouble.

Cons

For me, everything runs pretty well. I don't really struggle with anything. The only thing I'd change is being able to set up auto pay from the bank, that'd save me the step of remembering every time.
