Pros
Its core accounting features are strong, with good modules for GL, AP, AR and bank reconciliation. It also Integrates well with tools like Excel, Power BI and external CRM systems which makes reporting and workflows much more efficient.
Cons
Version upgrades can take time and may be disruptive specially when the system has custom configurations in place.

Pros
I cant point to any positives from the company. We still haven't even been able to use the system, despite being told that we would.
Cons
setup process has been very slow and there has been very little help with navigating the system. After the sale, the support has basically been nonexistent. With the unexpected delays and no real feedback or updates, it just hasn't felt worth the money.

“Very flexible customization
Pros
It's interface felt adaptive and simple to move through. Everything is very user-friendly, the access management tools work reliably and the workflow features are strong. I also appreciate how much flexibility there is to customize things based on what I need.
Cons
Its cloud forms can be pretty slow to load and getting issues resolved tends to take longer than it should. It also doesn't feel very maneuverable when you need to move around the system quickly.
