Pros
It's simple to pull up everyone's profile and I also rely on it to keep track of my reminders and notes.
Cons
Generating reports from Sage can be quite a hassle and time-consuming.

We wouldn't still be using this product if it weren't for the outstanding support team that keeps things running for us.
