The entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding flows so smoothly with this system. Their expert team is fully committed. Every module we've used has been outstanding and works together perfectly.

Cons

The lack of a custom report builder initially was pretty annoying since getting custom reports took forever. Thankfully, they've since addressed this by rolling out a new report developer feature.
