Streamlined our dealership processes

Pros

It's been such a relief that staff can update their own profiles. It really lightens the load for our admin team and I can focus on other things.

Cons

Even though it's customizable, there are still some things I haven't been able to change. But honestly for what we're paying, it's definitely worth it.

clear visibility but session issues persist

Pros

The viewability is awesome. I can quickly see who's on shift and when without any issue. I also love being able to switch between views, whether it's list, hourly, daily or weekly format.

Cons

The frequent logouts are annoying, especially when I'm in the middle of a long session monitoring agents. Also, when someone picks up a shift close to the deadline, the system doesn't refresh automatically. I have to reload the page manually which messes up my workflow and makes tracking changes in real-time harder.

real-time updates keep everyone aligned

Pros

Love the live updates! Having everyone on the same page instantly makes coordination so much smoother and keeps our whole team in sync

Cons

Finding duplicate entries across client lists, users and locations is way more complicated than it should be. There's no easy way to clean them up or identify them quickly.

Easy worker management but admin app lacks

Pros

I can manage 500+ workers all in one place and each person gets their own account to update their personal details. It's a huge time-saver for us, plus workers can apply for shifts and get clear approval statuses. No more confusion from email confirmations! Support is quick to respond and the interface and mobile app are easy to use.

Cons

Some parts aren't customizable at all which means we have to find workarounds. For example, we can't change or remove fields in user contact info. The mobile app works fine for regular users but admins face a lot of limitations when trying to do admin tasks on the app.

convenient staff management but weak search

Pros

As a staffing coordinator, this has made my job so much easier. Having all the staff in one place is super convenient and the learning curve was pretty minimal.

Cons

The employee search function frustrates me because I can't filter by work locations. It would be so much easier if I could search for all staff in a specific office instead of scrolling through everyone.

centralized platform for staff management

Pros

It's great being able to handle all staff and positions from one system. Plus, keeping track of personal details makes it simple to reach out when there are updates or shift changes.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like too many people have access to everything which can get messy. You can restrict admin privileges for certain users but then they can't be as productive. It's a minor issue, though and easy to work around.

Awesome tool for quick sharing

Pros

As a manager, I really appreciate how easy it is. I can quickly log in, check on my volunteers and get back to other tasks without any trouble.

Cons

The interface looks kind of outdated and uninspiring. A modern design would make it feel more engaging and might even help bring in more volunteers.

Shift claiming feels too complicated

Pros

The scheduling interface is so simple and easy to use. I'm satisfied using it.

Cons

Constant flood of notifications is actually makes it harder to stay focused, not easier. And the multi-step process for claiming shifts is frustrating and slows everyone down.

user-friendly scheduling but shift length issues

Pros

It is very user-friendly and grabbing weekly hours is easy for us self-schedulers. The ability to trade shifts on the same day is such a relief and saves me so much stress.

Cons

Scheduling longer shifts is a bit tedious, especially when there are lots of half-hour time slots. If I need to cover a ten-hour day I have to select, confirm and reserve twenty different shifts. When you do that four days a week, it adds up to 80 actions just to set up my schedule , it gets exhausting.

Simple and efficient solution

Pros

I love how I can set my schedule and track my shifts effortlessly. The confirmation emails and reminder notifications are so helpful. The Hours feature in Account settings is awesome. I can check my total scheduled hours for any date range. The Tradeboard is also great for swapping or transferring shifts between us.

Cons

The reminder emails come way too early, sometimes days in advance. I'd rather get them maybe three days before the shift and again 24 hours prior.

best for our bussiness

Pros

Managing schedules and staffing has been so much easier with this platform. Instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets, everything's centralized and I'm way more efficient. We work across multiple accounts and clients, so having one system to track events and personnel has really improved our operations.

Cons

Setting up custom reports took some getting used to, with a lot of trial and error at the start. Some fields can't even be pulled for reports which is frustrating. But once you get the hang of it, they do become really useful.
