unfinished scheduling and weak support

Pros

At first glance, this platform makes a strong impression. The website feels polished, the sales pitch is convincing and it positions itself as a single system that can bring together a broad set of HR and scheduling needs. On the surface, it looks like a complete solution that could genuinely align workforce management. If the product worked reliably and delivered on those promises, it would be a very great all in one HRIS.

Cons

After using the product continuously since August of last year, this is based on real day to day operational use, not a first impression. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The scheduling module still feels unfinished. A newer version of the scheduling tool was launched months ago yet it remains in beta and even basic features like drag and drop shift scheduling are still missing. For any modern scheduling platform, that is a core function and not having it creates extra manual effort and unnecessary operational headaches. Multi time zone scheduling has also remained an unresolved problem. Since our company operates across different regions, this is essential for us. We have had multiple conversations with their team and were repeatedly told that fixes were on the way but months later nothing has been resolved and there have been no meaningful updates. That lack of follow through has seriously damaged our trust. Support is another major problem. Response times are inconsistent and the quality of communication is often lacking. If a product is marketed and sold in English, the support experience should include strong language skills and a clear grasp of technical questions. Too often, the replies come across as generic or not really connected to the issue being raised. More than once, we have also been told that confusing or illogical product choices are simply "how it is" instead of seeing any willingness to improve the platform. That kind of response does not build confidence. The onboarding and customer success side has been disappointing as well. Instead of getting proactive help or structured guidance, most issues are pushed back to standard support. That falls well short of what you would expect from a platform presented as enterpit level SaaS. Overall, there is a very noticeable and significant gap between what was promised during the sales process and what has actually been delivered.

Simple setup with some navigation issues

Pros

I really like how simple it is to move between HR sections and enter data, everything is clear and easy to find.

Cons

the documents section could use some improvement, it feels a bit confusing and not as practical to use.
