Pros

Shyfter has completely changed how we handle our team schedules. We've cut down on scheduling mistakes and things just run more smoothly now. Their customer support is great, quick to respond and always ready to help.

Cons

I feel like the reports could use a few small adjustment to make customizing them easier. Also, the mobile app works fine but I think it could respond faster sometimes.

Trial wasn't what I expected

Pros

One thing that's been frustrating is that some promises weren't followed up on. But they do spend time walking staff through how the program works and it kind of locks them in for a few months while they handle the recurring collections.

Cons

Honestly, I feel like I got ripped off. Just not happy with how things turned out.

Awesome HR tool

Pros

It's been a lifesaver for managing schedules in hospitality especially with how often things change, pretty much every day! It's easy to use and absolutely essential especially during this whole health crisis.

Cons

One thing that's missing for me is a way to easily see how many hours each person actually worked every week, including breaks. It'd be helpful if you could track their weekly hours like that.

One of the best tool

Pros

The whole system feels really user friendly. I picked it up quickly and their support team has been amazing whenever I've needed help.

Cons

Nothing major to complain about. Every now and then there might be a tiny bug or glitch but their support team jumps on it fast and gets it sorted.

Pros

I like how simple it is to pick up open shifts, check our schedule and even sign contracts. It's all laid out nicely and just makes things easier.

Cons

As a student, this tool works perfectly for me. I haven't had any issues, it just fits exactly what I need.
