“Feature-packed”

Pros

After being disappointed with the HR software at my previous organization, we came across this one through online research and referrals in our network. It really matched what we were hoping for. The platform feels very modular, almost like a customized setup, with useful components such as leave management, yearly appraisals and more.

Cons

One downside was not having access to a demo version for proper evaluation and internal R&D before getting started. Even with training, the system felt a bit hard to navigate in the early days. Also, customer support occasionally lags, although that happens very rarely.
