“Easy use with quick, helpful answers
Pros
The platform ia really easy to use and the help-request feature works wonderfully. Also it is easy to move around and whenever I reach out the team replies quickly and provides genuinely helpful answers.
Cons
Regarding PF benefits, I am not happy with the fixed 180 as; it would feel fairer to me if it were set at 12% of the basic salary instead.

Pros
It is really well organized and I can easily request time off or access documents without any hassle.
Cons
Sometimes the platform glitches and the timing shown for requests is off. Payday also does not always fall on the same date each month which is a bit annoying.

Pros
I like the service, the team and their solution. Plus I have never had issues with payroll or government contributions and support is always responsive.
Cons
Honestly, I do not have any major complaints as I have seen a lot of improvements. But it would help if payslips included more details like the company name and hire date.

Skuad's interface is great for managing and tracking most employee-related tasks and I always get timely responses from support.
Cons
At the beginning of the year, I notice the holiday calendar can take a while to become available for me. Otherwise I have not run into any other issues.

“simplifies global payroll and hiring
Pros
One thing I really value about it is how well it handles hiring and paying people in different countries as it makes global payroll much simpler. Also the platform is easy to use and their support team is always quick and helpful.
Cons
In the beginning I found it a bit tricky to navigate especially when learning how some features worked. That made the learning curve a little steep. But after using it for a while, I got used to it and now it runs smoothly.

I like how easily I can track and manage both my paid and unpaid leave. Another thing I really like is the ability to add expenses and invoice them to my employer.
Cons
What bothers me is that customer support is unavailable over the weekend, so when I have a question on Saturday I am likely stuck waiting until Monday morning for someone to handle it properly.

Setting up in a new country was incredibly easy. Though I was intimidated at first but every time I had questions, they responded right away and cleared things up.
Cons
My biggest worry was the setup process itself as I felt uneasy at first about how things were structured but after a single conversation all of my doubts vanished quickly.

The customer support is excellent. Unlike other companies where service drops after payment, this team stayed highly responsive. Somya gave me detailed information and answered questions even outside business hours. Aditi's post-onboarding support was amazing, every query was resolved right away, and I never had platform issues. We had a tight deadline and they got us onboarded in under a week.
Cons

“Poor service all around

Honestly, it's hard to find positives here.
Cons
It lacks transparency around benefit and social security expense details, making it almost impossible to verify charges. They tried to bill inflated amounts multiple times. Support is painfully slow, sometimes taking weeks to reply. They ignored our signed agreement for $200 per person and suddenly demanded $400. Invoicing is a nightmare and incorrect exchange rates, delayed bills, and major payroll calculation errors. When our contract ended, final invoices were full of mistakes, and fixing them took months. We lost money due to their poor management, and they even blamed us for delays, threatened legal action, and refused to review their own errors.
