simpler payments with responsive support

Pros

We use Payoneer to pay our team in countries where we do not have an office. Overall it's made paying them much easier as the whole process is simple now. Plus invoices show up on time automatically, so payroll is faster and has fewer mistakes. Our team likes it too, since they always get paid on time. It also helps us track hours and payments without needing extra staff. And the best thing is that our account manager is very responsive, so any issues get solved quickly.

Cons

The login process can be a bit annoying. Every time I get logged out, I need a one time password sent to my email to sign back in which feels tedious after a while. Overall it frustrates me sometimes but I know it adds extra security to my account.

easy setup

Pros

The customer support is the standout feature because they respond to any question within twenty four hours. Generally they sort things out in just a few hours. Overall I was genuinely impressed by how quickly my issues got handled. Setting up Payoneer Workforce Management formerly Skuad was actually quite easy too and I received emails clearly outlining each step.

Cons

At times the portal does not recognize the older policies my company asked them to implement, so it takes time for the team to contact my original employer and then come back to me and I end up facing a frustrating delay.

Tracks payments with automatic invoices

Pros

I am really pleased with how easy Payoneer Workforce Management is to use and how it helps me keep track of payments, invoices, hours worked and more. Plus the time-tracking feature is reliable and makes payroll calculations much simpler. I also value that our team relies on it every day and invoices are generated automatically, something that used to require juggling two separate systems.

Cons

We have noticed that expenses and adjustments are in a separate section which makes it harder for our team to submit commission claims.

Fast responses

Pros

One thing I like a lot is that I get incredibly fast responses to my queries and the team always pitches in to help with whatever I need. The folks are absolute champions.

Cons

I do run into occasional technical glitches, yet their support team quickly sorts them out every time.

reliable payments

Pros

Payoneer Workforce formerly known as Skuad is good because creating invoices is very simple and it's cut out a lot of manual work. And the whole process is faster and more secure and support is quick and easy to work with. Overall it's made payments more consistent and reliable for me.

Cons

Well I don't really have any complaints about the software because it fulfills its intended role. My only requirement was managing payroll payments and receipts and it meets that need.

clean platform & impressively fast support

Pros

What I really like is how easy everything is with this tool. The platform is also clean and well organized, so I never struggle to find basic features. Support is also impressively fast as someone always replies and fixes the issue. Overall it makes managing remote work feel smooth and hassle-free.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that updates or changes are not always communicated right away. Though it is not a big deal but it can be confusing when I expect things to work one way and the steps suddenly change. Sometimes the dashboard also feels a bit limited so I wish there were clearer progress trackers or status updates. Still none of this ruins the experience but are just areas I'd like to see improved.

Complex payroll made simple and reliable

Pros

Payoneer Workforce formerly known as Skuad has been a big help with payroll.It makes complex tasks much simpler especially payroll, all thanks to clear communication and an easy ticketing system. What I value most is that salaries are always paid on time which is important for my planning. Document management also works well as I can access pay slips easily on the first of every month. Support is great too as whenever I raise an issue, I usually get a solution within 24 hours. Plus setup was very easy so I'd rate it a 10 out of 10. Overall my experience has been excellent. So I'd give it a perfect score for reliability and performance and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Cons

I dont have any specific complaints to mention right now.

Easy client management

Pros

It is very easy to use and managing clients is not a problem too. And when I had a few questions or issues, they were resolved fast.

Cons

My team often complains about the high commissions and transfer fees so it's no longer their preferred way to get paid.

simplifies hiring across different countries

Pros

Skuad makes hiring and compliance across different countries much easier as it spares me the headache of dealing with complicated local employment rules and lets our hiring efforts concentrate on expanding the team.

Cons

We occasionally see payroll processing and approval steps drag out longer than anticipated which impacts our deadlines and responses to support tickets also sometimes arrive slower than we'd like.

Quick issue resolution with feedback

Pros

Skuad is great at resolving issues quickly as their team handles problems fast and always asks for feedback to keep improving.

Cons

Would have liked it more is it organized a webinar that dives deeper into financial processes like taxation and declarations. I think many of us would benefit from that kind of practical guidance.

helpful support + easy navigation

Pros

Their support is very helpful whenever I need it and the platform itself is quite easy to navigate. Plus the onboarding process worked well for me.

Cons

I could not upload documents when trying to file a sick leave or request other types of permissions which was frustrating. Fortunately they have since resolved the issue.

Pros

I have a support team available at every step with experts in each country who help me handle paperwork and understand local rules.

Cons

Claiming expenses is frustrating because the deadline is long before payday and I often have to wait a long time to get reimbursed.

great for remote global work

Pros

The thing I like most is that I can work for a company based in another country while sitting in my own and it feels no different than being employed by a local firm.

Cons

When it comes to country-specific details like work permits, working hours, sick days and bank holidays, I feel it's not adapted well enough and that creates confusion for me.

One place for payslip documents

Pros

It is really simple to navigate and I can access everything in one place such as pay slips, documents, offer letter, etc and they quickly resolve tickets.

Easy navigation with great support

Pros

We find the app easy to navigate for basic tasks like updating my profile and the support team has been great too.

Cons

When I submit a support request, I often wait hours for a reply and by the time it comes, I am usually offline. Though I do like the email alert when they respond but having real-time interaction or a quicker alert would make the experience much better.

Skuad takes care of all my requests. Like it makes clearing up my questions pretty easy and it manages my payments really well.

Cons

Reliable and smooth

Pros

simple navigation with helpful support

Pros

Once I learn what features are available, it become easy to navigate and find the info I need pretty easily. The best thing is that it also connects me to support if I need help.
