welcoming HR platform

Pros

Day-to-day HR work runs through this tool for us, especially when we're handling freelancers. Everyone at the studio uses it daily and it's been pretty simple to get people up to speed on it. The Europe-focused setup, well-designed mobile app, detailed reporting and clear onboarding all make it a strong fit for our team. It took around two months to fully roll it out on our side, although I can see companies with more standard processes getting there faster. There's still room to improve, both in the product itself and on our internal tech side but overall it's been a positive experience. Even the login experience feels nice because the interface looks polished and inviting.

Cons

platform is clearly evolving all the time. There are a few features I'd personally love to have but they're probably too specialized to be high priority for most users. Because of that, we sometimes have to come up with creative workarounds to pull the data we need. The good part is that support is consistently helpful whenever that happens. One thing that could definitely be better is performance, since loading times can be slow at times. The workflows also require quite a bit of clicking and combined with those delays, some tasks end up feeling more tedious than they should.

Useful wiki and reporting

Pros

The company wiki, along with the admin and management reporting tools, has been really useful.

Cons

There are still a few gaps when it comes to tracking and counting employees working hours accurately.

packed with useful features!

Pros

Right away it covers a lot of hiring and internal staff management tasks that would otherwise take much more effort. There are plenty of features that help solve things quickly and new ones keep being released on a regular basis. The price feels very fair for what you get especially with the number of integrations and AI tools included. Having a free trial is also a big plus because it lets you test everything properly before committing. On top of that, the support team has been reliable and helpful.

Cons

If I had to point out anything, I'd prefer a slightly different color scheme and fewer pictograms in the interface but that's really just a personal taste issue more than an actual problem.

Clear attendance and team oversight

Pros

Managing employees with this tool has been very simple for us and we originally picked it because it handles remote team management, attendance tracking and report generation really well. The interface is clear, the feature set is broad and it has made our day-to-day work much easier to manage. From headquarters, we get a clear view of which teams and locations need more support and where staff can be reassigned instead which gives us much more flexibility in how we manage human resources.

Cons

Although it works well as an employee management tool, there are still a few limitations. Attendance creation is restricted in certain cases, for example, with the annual type, you can't copy data when attendance alternates and that slows the workflow down. The mobile app is also somewhat limited since it doesn't support all the same tasks as the desktop version which can be inconvenient for anyone who needs to work while traveling or away from the office.

all hr in one place

Pros

Having everything gathered in one system is a big advantage. With this tool, I can handle HR processes within a single program which makes things much more convenient. The implementation went really well and I especially valued the support from colleagues throughout that process. The platform feels very simple to use.

Cons

A few features are still missing but I've been assured they're on the way so I expect the overall experience and usage to improve gradually.

versatile hr platform!!

Pros

From day-to-day HR work to more advanced tasks, this tool has been a really strong system overall. It comes with a broad set of modules and features which makes it a very versatile option for managing HR processes. The interface looks modern, clean and well organized, so moving around the application feels natural. The design is appealing, the menus are simple, the forms are clear and the practical features stand out, especially AI tools, analytics, third-party integrations and the interactive dashboard with announcements. The notification settings, calendar event view and task overview are also genuinely useful. I also value how flexible the system is, including options like adding custom fields. On top of that, customer support is quick and helpful. The platform is clearly being developed continuously, with regular new features and bug fixes that improve stability.

Cons

Since this is a fairly powerful system, a few features are not immediately visible and can be harder to locate, especially the first time you try to use them.

Flexible HR platform

Pros

The simple interface and overall flexibility made a strong impression. The platform can be customized extensively, so we're able to hide or enable modules depending on what we actually need and that has really helped align our HR workflows. The time tracking and task management features have been especially useful, giving us a clear way to monitor employee activity. On top of that, the customer support has been excellent, fast, helpful and always ready with solutions that feel tailored to our situation.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. The platform is very user-friendly and the team consistently releases updates that keep improving how it works.

simple setup and fast results

Pros

Getting this tool up and running across our organization happened much faster than we expected, especially with the support team helping along the way. Because the system is simple, simple and clear, we managed to sort out areas that had previously been quite complicated, including Attendance Reporting, the Contract and Document Register and most importantly for us, the Tool Register, all within just one month.

Cons

It would be even better if there were more document storage options available, such as folders and additional role-based permissions.

Powerful hr hub

Pros

Right now we're using the tool for our daily bookings while still in the rollout phase, with employees testing it before our official start on 1 February. The setup wasn't especially hard, although with any new system it naturally takes a bit of time to get used to everything. Whenever questions come up, the team behind the tool is there to help which makes a big difference. It's really useful having all employee information gathered in one place and you can map out your company structure clearly. I also appreciate that documents can be sent for signature and then archived right away. Tasks can be assigned with attachments added which keeps things organised. The dashboard is one of my favourite parts because it gives a clear overview of who is on holiday, who is working from home and it also lets you share announcements with the full team. There are a lot of valuable features for HR managers overall, covering everything from onboarding to recruiting. Since we're still only testing it, I can't comment on every detail yet but one standout feature is the trust box, where employees can send anonymous messages. Support has been fantastic too, you can ask questions directly through the tool, either to a person or to the AI bot. And if another call is needed, that's never an issue, it usually gets arranged the very next day which is a huge benefit for us.

Cons

At the moment, users can't customise their working hours and because we're still at the beginning, that has felt a little tricky to adjust to. Template creation is also fairly limited, since there isn't much formatting flexibility. Another drawback is that individual skills can't be moved or copied. It would also be much more practical if activities could simply be selected instead of entered in a more tough way. As it stands, recording hours in the activity and then again in the usual place feels like doing the same work twice.

clean interface and strong onboarding

Pros

user interface felt simple always and the overall functionality covered what we needed without adding unnecessary complexity. The onboarding process was also well handled which made it much easier to get set up and start using the system confidently.

Cons

Customer support has been helpful whenever we've reached out, although the response time is not always immediate. At first, we were also unsure about not having a hardware terminal for attendance tracking. In the end, that actually worked in our favor because it encouraged us to move over to the mobile app which has made our process more flexible and efficient.

Pros

Pros

efficient attendance tracking!

Pros

Communication with employees is handled well and the digital setup cuts down a lot on paperwork. It also gives a quick, clear overview of employee attendance.

Cons

One limitation is that you can't make bulk changes to settings, workload assignments, or tool entries such as company vacation which makes those updates more time-consuming.

complete hr workflow

Pros

It covers everything needed across the HR cycle, feels user-friendly and is simple to work with. The automated processes are a big help and getting started with the system was quick and easy.

Cons

simple signing and google integration :)

Pros

Creating and signing contracts is easy and the Google integration adds a lot of convenience. The interface is clean, simple and simple, so it doesn't take much time to get comfortable with it.

Cons

One limitation is that documents can only be uploaded in PDF format which feels restrictive. The way document changes are implemented could also be handled much better.

One-size-fits-all HR system

Pros

I can tell it's a really advanced solution. The UI/UX is great and it's easy to use. Plus, everything is customizable and I can hide the modules I don't need or use.

Cons

It took me a little while to figure out how to navigate around the system. I noticed some sections, like the tips and to-do items, were still in Czech, which made things a bit tricky for me.
