“strong data management”
Pros
It handles a large amount of information really well. We're able to keep employee records, run payroll and monitor leave all within a single system. It offers a lot when it comes to storing and maintaining data.
Cons
The platform feels a bit outdated in its design. The green color scheme looks like something from years ago and moving between screens to find extra employee details isn't very adaptive. Everything is separated into different sections which can get frustrating. It's also not especially user-friendly so you cant just jump in and learn by exploring you'll need training or a manual to use it properly.
