Pros
Across the platform, the modules cover pretty much every HR area which is a big plus. The mobile app is especially helpful and the attendance feature through the app works really well.
Cons
The reporting part feels quite limited and very basic. It really needs more dynamic reports and the current reports are not practical for deeper analysis, including tasks like using VLOOKUP.
