Pros
I really appreciated the free version that let us post up to 10 jobs and manage them over an extended period. The user interface was simple and simple to navigate which made the whole experience smooth. We got great value from using this tool for quite a while without any cost.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much to complain about. With the free version we couldn't pull in many resumes but we figured out a workaround by posting our jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and Zip Recruiter instead.

The offer approval feature has really helped organize our workflow though I wish it could handle both parallel and sequence approvals together since I've seen other systems manage this.
Cons
Switching between different jobs isn't simple and finding a specific candidate gets tedious when they're not in the stage your currently viewing. The interface feels outdated compared to what we used before with Greenhouse and Workable, both had much cleaner designs. Setting up scorecards is a real pain point since adding text boxes to questions takes way too long to configure.

I can access talent from anywhere without being stuck with outdated tracking systems. The interface is incredibly user-friendly for everyone on my recruitment team, regardless of their experience level.
Cons
There are way too many notifications that don't really make sense. The system keeps sending constant alerts but only the hiring manager gets them, the recruitment team is left out completely. This makes it really hard for our team to stay in the loop and get the notifications we actually need. The notification system definitely needs some work to include everyone who should be getting these updates.

The calendar integration is fantastic, candidates can schedule themselves directly onto my calendar without any back-and-forth. I find the interface really simple and easy to navigate. It automatically posts to all major job boards and lets me add specialized ones for niche positions. Customer service has been excellent whenever I've needed help. The implementation sessions when we first got started were thorough and helpful. Being able to access everything through the mobile app is incredibly convenient for staying connected on the go.
Cons
The settings can be tricky to navigate, I sometimes spend too much time hunting for specific options. Managing screening questions feels more complicated than it should be. One thing that bugs me is having to create a new email thread every time I want to message a candidate through there profile which makes it hard to keep track of conversations.

Setting up the system required way more effort than I expected and the training approach needs work. Rather than having to watch all the tutorial videos upfront, it would be much better if they broke things down, like watch one section, then actually implement that part with support before moving on to the next piece.

I think the interface is incredibly simple and doesn't require much training to get started. Their support team responds quickly whenever I run into issues. There's an impressive range of features that cover pretty much everything we need for our dealership operations. Setting up integrations with our existing systems was surprisingly simple.
Cons
Some functionality is missing that would be really helpful. You cant set up custom prescreening questions for specific job postings which is frustrating. The EEO prescreening data doesn't carry through the entire system either. Sorting options are limited too, you can filter by city but not by state and there's no easy way to view or organize candidates based on salary requirements.
