Pros
Thanks to its adaptive interface, setting up and using it for the first time was super easy. From creating notifications to receiving messages, everything feels simple while still working really well. It gives us the tools we need to alert and notify our employees effectively. Also,technical support is only a click away and responds very quickly. Ive also had a really positive experience working with their representatives, theyre knowledgeable and make sure our needs are handled promptly.

Pros
Getting content out with it is simple and publishing items takes very little time. There's also a really good amount of customization available which makes it flexible to work with.
Cons
Their website isn't very mobile-friendly and there still isn't a mobile app for administrators to use while away from their desk.

“centralized announcements work
Pros
Keeping business announcements in one central place makes them quick to locate in the app. It's also really useful to see reporting on which announcements were successfully delivered and read. The Azure AD integration works well and the support team has been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
Announcement search only looks at the title text, not the content inside the body of the message.
