“Service was the worst I've seen
Pros
Honestly nothing good to say. This was my first time using Snappy and definitely my worst. I will never use it again.
Cons
I got a speaker set as a gift but one of the speakers did not work. I reached out to Snappy using their website's messenger but no response. Then I emailed them and they replied saying they'd take care of it. They asked for a video showing the issue which I sent. Then they wanted a second video. So far nothing has been replaced. Feels like they are just stalling even though the first video clearly shows the speaker is not working.

“Sending gifts is fun and easy with it
Pros
Snappy makes gifting pretty simple and fun. There is a lot of great choices for any event. What I love is how simple it is to use as the person you are gifting gets to pick what they want which takes the pressure off. Also it is quick, smooth and feels personal whether it is for work or something more casual.
Cons
I must say the gift choices they have are really good but some items sell out fast. So it would be awesome if they restocked things quicker or added even more variety to pick from.

Pros
What I really like is how hands off it is. I set it up and forget about it. Maybe once a month I'll check in just to see if everything has been sent and claimed. That's all it takes.
Cons
I wish they had more sympathy related gift options. That would really help when trying to send something thoughtful during tough times.

“Simply awesome!
Pros
The gift choices are awesome as there is a lot of creative stuff available that we would not have thought to offer our team. Also the people we worked with from sales to implementation were friendly and really helpful the whole way through.
Cons
No issues so far as we have been really happy with the experience.

“An awesome way to reward
Pros
Its interface is very user friendly, has a great selection of gifts and the support team is amazing too. Our account managers are always there when we need them and are really easy to work with.
Cons
One thing I don't like is when a gift looks popular but costs less than the budget we set for the recipient. I get why they do it but we keep hearing from folks that the gift does not feel like it matches the value of the reward they earned.

Snappy is such a great way to appreciate coworkers. I have sent a couple of gifts through it and the people who got them loved the experience.
Cons
Everything has been great overall! If I had to nitpick I'd say the gift catalog for Mexico could use a bit of an upgrade.

Snappy helped me get the yoga mat I was looking for. In short it has proven really useful for me.
Cons
When getting a reward from the company I'd like to see more diverse options. Sometimes I have had to choose things I didn't really want. So it would be nice to have more gift card choices too.

They have got gift options for different countries which is awesome. Plus people get to pick something they actually like from a huge selection. Overall it is pretty amazing.
Cons
There is a fee for sending gifts internationally through the platform. It is not too expensive but still something I think everyone should know about.

“Best decision ever for our staff
Pros
We have got all our team birthdays and anniversaries scheduled in. Snappy sends custom texts and emails to celebrate and the best part is that we do not have to lift a finger. We just set the budget and they get to pick their own gift. Everyone really enjoys it and we highly recommend it.
Cons
We honestly don't have any complaints. Everything has been working perfectly.

It is a fast and easy way to instantly show appreciation to our team. What we love most is that employees get to choose their reward so no more guessing what they will actually enjoy. Snappy's catalog is packed with variety even items that support small or women-owned businesses. So there is truly something for everyone.
Cons
One thing we would really like added is an option for associates to pick gift cards instead of physical gifts. Cards for Amazon, grocery stores, fast food or even a general VISA card would go a long way especially for employees who earn rewards often.

I really like that our administrative assistants get to pick from a bunch of different gift options and they always find something they like.
Cons
In the scratch off Snappy setup there are two spots where we have to write the same thing which seems kind of unnecessary and repetitive.
