The Profiler stands out to me as the strongest part of this tool. Its tests are full of insights and among the best on the market and the competency matching adds even more value to the platform.

Weakest part is analytics I guess, as reporting could be developed much further. I also think the way tests are carried out can be confusing for operational staff.
