Regularly checking in on employee satisfaction with just a few simple questions does not take much of our staff's time now. As it's not like the typical long, exhausting surveys you typically see with traditional methods. And with Solkie we always know where our team stands and after using it for a while, you will be able to spot trends and make smarter decisions on different issues.
Cons
This is not exactly a drawback but it is something to keep in mind. Since you are always measuring, it's important to think carefully about how often the surveys are done. Also getting management's support is pretty important. They need to understand the surveys importance and take responsibility for regularly discussing them across all levels of the company. That way everyone shares the responsibility of keeping the surveys a priority.

Pros
The tool is pretty easy for both employees and employers to use and it gave us valuable insights into our team's satisfaction. The customer service is also top-notch as they are always easy to reach and quick to help with any questions.
Cons
At first I felt like the dashboard needed a bit more explanation. But right from the beginning, customer service was pretty helpful. They walked us through how the scores are calculated and showed us how to interpret the data.
