“payroll automation that cuts costs”

Pros

Once our team grew past 50 employees, this became a very effective payroll tool for us specially as we needed more automation. Before buying it, we had three dedicated people handling payroll but now one person can manage the full process alone. That has reduced our costs noticeably. It automates tasks that we used to do manually which has made payroll handling much more efficient.

Cons

It still doesn't cover every service needed for a complete HR solution. Applicant management is particularly very difficult here and the implementation takes a long time before you can fully use all of the components.
