“I liked the clear pay breakdown
Pros
It was really helpful to see a visual breakdown of what I'd be paid during the whole process. That made things much easier to understand and the representatives were friendly, kind and genuinely pleasant to speak with.
Cons
A frustrating part was having to send the same documents twice once to Sparrow and again to my insurance. My insurance kept pushing me for paperwork so I ended up forwarding everything to both sides which felt unnecessary and a bit odd.

“Organized leave paperwork in one place!
Pros
Having Sparrow keep track of every document needed for my medical leave was the biggest help. There were several different places asking for paperwork and Sparrow kept all the forms together in one spot. Also,a case manager stayed on top of things and emailed me about exactly what was needed and when.
Cons
The one drawback was that the software wasn't able to reach out to my doctor directly to collect the paperwork so I still had to keep following up with the doctor's office myself.

“Nice dashboard
Pros
Its dashboard felt very clear and made the related leave timelines much easier to understand. I also really appreciate how clearly they communicates which documents are required for maternity leave. The initial setup was also very quick and simple.
Cons
None. I really enjoy using the tool and it feels like it checks every box I need to manage my team and staff.

Pros
It's very easy to arrange leaves with this platform as their team was responsive and pleasant to work with. They handled the paid leave coordination, kept following up about the documentation I still needed and even sent a reminder about my return-to-work date which helped a lot. On my side, all it took was an email and a short form so the whole setup felt very simple.
Cons
Overall, the process went well, though it would be better if the email communication included a more detailed step-by-step outline of what needed to be done and when. At times, it wasn't clear whether I should contact Sparrow directly or reach out to our internal people team for certain things.
