“I'd totally suggest Spidergap to everyone

Pros

I find it very easy to use and customize and honestly, I barely ever need support because their written guides are just that good. I've tried a few other 360 tools before but it stands out as the best one by far.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike. It's super easy to use, the reports make total sense and I really think it's great value for the money.

“Smooth design and support team's awesome

Pros

They respond crazy fast to any questions I have like lightning speed. Plus the live support team actually walks you through stuff. It's super easy to pick up, very interactive and works well in multiple languages. The reports look great and were exactly what we needed.

Cons

There were just a couple of really tiny spots that weren't translated but the team jumped on it right away. Other than that, I couldn't find anything that didn't work.

“All in one solution

Pros

This made it easy for us to collect feedback on our leaders and managers. It was simple to tweak the questions, choose who we wanted input from and gather responses. The spider diagram made it very easy to see where we needed to improve and the open text sections gave people a chance to share real examples that made the feedback more meaningful.

Cons

The only tricky part was figuring out how to keep participants data 100% confidential like, even survey admins shouldn't be able to see it. That felt really important to us so people would feel safe giving honest feedback. Luckily, our account manager helped us work around it by using an email account we couldn't access. Then they just sent us the anonymized results at the end. Worked out perfectly in the end.

I've rolled out Spidergap 360 Feedback with my team and it's been awesome. It helped us really understand everyone's strengths and development areas and we've been able to create personalized plans for each person based on the results.

Cons

It has definitely helped us improve skills in our area but getting everything up and running took a time and effort at the start.

What I really liked was how it gave feedback on so many of the leadership traits we focus on in our program and it did it in such a clear and simple way.

Cons

One thing I found tricky was showing the growth or changes from the beginning of the program to the end and it wasn't easy to track that visually.

I'm a big fan of how easy it is to work with the backend of this platform. Customizing things is very easy and their customer support? Hands down the best I've seen. They really know how to take care of their users.

Cons

I think it'd be really helpful if it were easier for people to pause and pick up where they left off in the feedback assessment. Sometimes you just need a break halfway through.
