“A valuable software
Pros
From an employee's side, it feels fast and genuinely useful. A lot of companies in India still don't use platforms like this so having it in place really helps organize everyday HR tasks for both employers and employees. It cuts down the workload quite a bit.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about but the interface could be more adaptive. The Android app also still has plenty of scope for improvement.
