“Great for both employees and administrators”
Pros
This tool is user friendly and easy to understand, both for me as a user and for the administrator. It's also great that I can continue engaging with the employee throughout the process. I get various alerts, slack, email, etc. which keeps everything on track for me.
Cons
I wish the custom questions section was a bit clearer.
