Pros
Our experience was positive so far, as the platform feels organized and very adaptive. It's self-explanatory so getting familiar with it didn't take much time at all. Moving through the different features is simple and direct which makes handling tasks more efficient and a lot less stressful. In an RPO setting, that kind of usability matters a lot in my day-to-day work. Im usually managing multiple candidates, monitoring onboarding requirements and coordinating with several clients all at once so having a system that's easy to navigate helps me keep everything under control. It simplifies processes such as employee data management, timekeeping and onboarding which cuts down on manual effort and helps prevent errors.
Cons
My biggest issue with Sprout Solutions is that the same information sometimes has to be entered repeatedly in different sections. There are times when I need to type in my details three or four times which can take up unnecessary time and become frustrating specially in a fast-paced work environment where efficiency is really important.

“Makes all IT admin tasks easy
Pros
Running my IT team has been much more manageable with this. It really helps with things like filing overtime, updating change schedules and taking care of other admin work without as much hassle.
Cons
The reporting feature still needs work. It was hard to create a report that shows all my team members' In and Out times for a certain date range and handling the Leave report was difficult too.

I appreciate that it brings HR and payroll into a single, comprehensive platform built specifically for businesses in the Philippines. It's also a big plus that Sprout handles local regulatory requirements so well which saves HR teams a lot of time and effort. Also,the AI-powered insights and analytics are helpful for making smarter, data-driven workforce decisions. Overall, having so many HR functions organized in one platform makes it a really valuable option for companies that want to save time, cut down on admin work and stay compliant.

The interface is simple, user-friendly and simple so it doesn't feel complicated to use.
Cons
The feature set is fairly limited and it becomes inconvenient when you need to adjust your leave dates. You also cant cancel a request yourself and have to rely on an admin to do it.

It's convenient to have all the HR-related needs in one place, from clocking in and out and checking attendance records to resolving discrepancies and viewing payslips.
Cons
Salary advance option is handled by a third-party partner so when problems come up, they aren't resolved quickly. The lack of a clear timeline for fixing issues feels like it should be owned not only by the partner but by them as well.

Pros
Handling 2316 generation and submitting reports to the BIR with this has been really convenient and hassle-free.
Cons
It would help to have an option to keep details like full company names unchanged instead of updating everything all at once and to make it easier to request or reuse the previous template.
