“Things got better for our team after using Sprout
Pros
The interface looks great and feels smooth to work with. It really helps save time and makes it easier for everyone to move through the system without getting stuck.
Cons
I just wish it worked outside the Philippines too. It feels kinda limited to the local market and it would be awesome if it supported users from other countries as well.

“Love it but the login part's a bit annoying
Pros
I can use Sprout on all my devices which makes things super convenient. It's got everything I need for tracking time, and my manager can easily check in on stuff too.
Cons
Having to reset my password all the time is honestly a pain. It'd be great if they could just add two factor authentication so I wouldn't have to keep logging in over and over.

“Even a newbie can use it easily
Pros
Everything's easy, whether I'm applying for time off or getting stuff approved. The mobile app's a lifesaver when I'm on the go.
Cons
The app gets kinda annoying sometimes with the bugs. There are moments where it lags a lot especially on mobile which really slows things down.

Pros
We've been using Sprout Payroll Solutions for a while now and it's been solid. Its very reliable when it comes to payroll and all the HR tasks we deal with.
Cons
From my experience, It isn't the easiest to use. It does have some solid features for tracking performance and employees but the whole interface can feel very overwhelming especially if you're new to it.

Pros
The dashboard is easy to navigate, whether you're an employee or an admin. There are a bunch of features we use that really help the whole company out.
Cons
It usually takes a while for support tickets to get resolved. Also, there are a few features we really need that still aren't available and it sounds like they won't be added anytime soon.

Pros
The system's layout makes everything simple. Even folks who aren't techy don't have a hard time using it. It's really user friendly.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into glitches or surprise updates. The good thing is, the support team is quick to help out and fix stuff when it comes up.

“All around great experience with Sprout
Pros
The booths were fun and everyone there was really approachable. I also really loved the speaker sessions and they were full of cool topics and kept things interesting.
Cons
We had some issues getting everything registered at first and responses took a bit of time. But overall nothing too serious to worry about.
