“easy setup for Customer service Appreciation Week
Pros
Setting up and deploying it during Customer Service Appreciation Week was really easy for me. The assortment was great and gave me a chance to try different things.
Cons
There were no issues reported using this product, except for shipping related ones which I don't attribute to the company.

Pros
I find it very user friendly, easy to navigate and with pictures of the products. The different categories made it easy to find snacks I'd be interested in.

“easily send to both local and overseas employees
Pros
I love the fact that I can easily choose an option to send out not only to stateside employees but also to my overseas contractors. No one feels left out and everyone can order based on their preferences and dietary restrictions. This tool makes it easy to order and the process is simplified so that I'm done fairly quickly. If I need to add any employees, I can easily do that. Send a reminder? Done! The dashboard makes it easy to access all the info I need.
Cons
There was some miscommunication regarding invoicing but I was able to work it out with this tool and customer service made it easy to get answers.

“Convenient ordering with the option for team selection
Pros
I can either handle the order myself or let my team select their own items to tailor their boxes which is really convenient.
Cons
It would be nice to have the option to text or call the rep I'm working with on any given project, instead of just sending emails and waiting for a response.
