“Fast, efficient delivery with a great variety of options

Pros

Everything was great in my opinion. The ease of ordering, fast and efficient delivery and the extensive variety and options to choose from made the whole experience enjoyable for me.

Cons

I have nothing except maybe too many choices, it was hard for me to pick and choose. Maybe offer multiple packs of items in half the size that's offered now. I had my snack box sent to the office to share with my team.

This product was used for distributing a gift for my employer and it worked out well.

Cons

The $50 gift didn't go far. The available products weren't typically what I'd buy. The options were overpriced compared to what I could purchase myself at my local grocery store or Whole Foods.

For me, grouping products was easy and in logical categories. The images were clearly displayed and the cart was easy to navigate and edit as I needed. It made my experience hassle free.

Cons

It felt like an earflick for me to see many items listed but unavailable after clicking on them. There's no way to filter or even sort by availability which was frustrating for my team.

The box shipped and arrived at my door so quickly. I did not expect the service to be so fast and the ordering was so easy! The whole process was smooth and simple for me. And the best part, all full size products! Amazing!

Cons

This could've been user error but I couldn't easily find out how much my organization had given me to spend on my box without doing some searching.

Features that had the most impact for me were the easy navigation and product selection. Everything was easy and all the items looked really delicious! For my business, applying the credits I received and using them for my reward was incredibly easy.

Cons

Only thing I would suggest improving is letting us know what points can be used, with emphasis on the limit set by our company. I saw the cart at the end with a charge, thinking it was free and I didn't realize there was a limit.

Pros

My team has sent out the gifts to our team a few times over the past several years to show appreciation for successful delivery. It works well for both contractors and full time employees, offering a mix of food and non food items. There are enough options that every time I've been gifted one, there's always something new to choose from.

Cons

Some of the bakery or other niche items are a bit pricey for me but overall, the prices are reasonable and there are plenty of other options I have noticed.

I love that the first thing they ask before I even see any selection is about dietary restrictions. The variety of choices is great, not only with food but also with things like technology.

Cons

The prices were surprisingly steep for what I was ordering. Individual snack sized bags were easily twice as much as I'd expect to pay for them, although it was free for me, so I can't really complain.

I found the software easy to use. I received the email about my gift and who sent it, clicked the link to shop and appreciated being able to add a thank you note at the end. The snacks were broken into categories, making shopping easy. Before shopping, I could even select food allergies or preferences which is great for others, even though I don't have any myself.

Cons

I didn't see the amount of the gift in the email. I did figure out that I could click on my shopping cart and see the remaining balance to continue shopping but having that amount upfront might be helpful.

Website was very user friendly. It flowed smoothly and it was easy to navigate each item and category. Loved how I could move on to the next category without needing to scroll to the top. Timely updates and a tracking invoice helped a lot for me. The quirky product descriptions and unique item groupings made the shopping experience fun.

Cons

One thing I'd change is having products from the UK, Japan and other countries, adding more variety that way. The site didn't have any issues for me.

So many snack options, most of which I wouldn't find in local stores. It gave me the chance to try things I wouldn't usually have access to. Also, I love that I can gift snack boxes, my company gives us a certain amount to spend on the anniversary each year, making it a fun way to celebrate.

Cons

I've been pleasantly surprised by the size of some of the snacks I've received. The website mentions how many ounces are in the package but I'm not great at visualizing that and sometimes I skip reading the notes. It hasn't always been bad, some snacks were much bigger than I expected and that was a nice surprise. A �banana for scale� in some pictures would be great though.

Loved the diverse selection. Especially I liked the "international" options. The delivery was fast and my family enjoyed everything.

No cons at all. I wish I knew about this tool before! Sometimes people pick the wrong gift and letting them choose for themselves avoids that problem!

Price of this tool was in USD on the website. I could probably have changed it but it would've been best if it had shown my currency initially by asking for my country. It was hard to find something I didn't like.
