“Excellent support”

Pros

Experience with them is fantastic so far and they've cut down our admin work significantly. Getting it up and running was also really simple which was crucial for us and all of our requirements were met thanks to the excellent support.

The interface is user-friendly and presents reviews in a clear, structured way. The goal tracking feature is especially useful and the regular feedback helps keep performance steady and far more meaningful than usual.

Cons

The reporting features are fairly limited. It also offers access to fewer third-party integrations compared with other platforms.

The performance has been excellent and it's helped improve engagement quite a bit.

Adding 1-to-1 notes and performance reviews isn't very simple although that may just come down to not having enough training yet.

It's very simple to move around in. Everything is clear, easy to read and pretty much explains itself without needing extra guidance.

They can add a payslip feature if possible.

Booking holidays and keeping track of absences through it is really convenient. The interface is user-friendly too so getting around the platform feels very simple.

What could be improved is how holidays appear on the calendar, since ours are not currently showing there. It would be helpful if that could be looked into.

Managing a large team is much more practical with this software at hand. It actually is very user-friendly and the review system is especially useful as it lets us run midpoint probation reviews, full reviews, quarterly and annual reviews, plus 360-degree feedback. That's such an important part of people management and many companies fall behind simply as they don't have the right tools in place. It also syncs with calendars, sends reminders for upcoming tasks and helps managers stay on top of key responsibilities. The documents area makes it simple to share and display current company files, while the insights section gives us skills databases and dashboard-style visibility into skill gaps. Also,the information feed is really helpful for staff communication, recognition, awards and highlighting individual, team and company achievements. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a complete HR solution.

“Made all our processes easier”

Pros

Something worth mentioning is its user-friendly layout and adaptive design which make the performance review process simpler for both managers and employees. The platform is clearly built to organize key tasks such as goal setting, ongoing feedback and review cycles. I also get a full view of everyone's holiday schedule and how that impacts me personally. It integrated well with the tools we already use and as it's simple to access, we've ended up using it more often.

Cons

It did feel a little unfamiliar when I first started using it but that faded as I got more used to the system. On the occasions when Ive had questions, the customer service team has been quick to answer them.
