Pros
The interface is really clean and organized. It makes scrolling around pretty convenient. What I appreciate most is how customizable everything is, so we can adjust it exactly to what our team needs. Plus, the intelligence gathering is detailed since it pulls together news and competitor insights all in one place, which saves us from juggling multiple platforms.
Cons
While the platform already covers an impressive amount of ground, I'd love to see even more granular data and broader market coverage. The job posting details could use more depth and the competitor intelligence features would benefit from additional layers of insight. It's clear there's room for expansion into new markets, which would make this tool even more valuable.

I think the talent supply, demand and location is all consolidated in one searchable online platform. Love how clear and digestible the visualizations are.
Cons
I wish I could dive deeper into the job posting analytics but I know they're actively working on improving this feature.
