“High cost tool and missing features”
Pros
At first, for me the customer support and sales pitch seemed promising. But as we got closer to sealing the deal, things started to shift a bit which was disappointing.
Cons
It lacked some of the functionality we were originally promised and the customization that was advertised wasn't there. The high startup and implementation cost was another issue for my team. In the end, we didn't close the contract and moved on to another solution.
