“great features but the design feels old
Pros
I really like how many features and options this tool offers. It's very flexible and has pretty much everything I need.
Cons
It's annoying that there isn't a mobile app and the interface feels old-fashioned compared to other tools. It really could use an update to stay in line with modern tech.

The recruiting features in the Applicant Tracking System are awesome. They work great and are really easy to use.
Cons
Rest of the features aren't as user-friendly as I expected and it doesn't work as smoothly as I'd hoped.

Pros
Layout is clean and easy to understand. The step-by-step instructions are clear enough that anyone can follow along without getting lost.
Cons
We do run into some roadblocks during the hiring process now and then but luckily, the support team is always really helpful when we face any issues.

Going through the system is very quick and I love how easy it is to move around and get to what I need.
Cons
The reporting features could definitely be better. I struggle to fill in the right fields with the specific data I'm trying to collect, which can be frustrating.

Cons
Support beyond the first level can be slow when it comes to fixing problems. However, the initial support team does get back to me quickly.

The interface is really easy to figure out and I can get around without any trouble. Plus I love that customer support always follows up via email so I don't have to wait long for answers.

“user-friendly with a simple setup
Pros
I use this tool every day for interviews and hiring. The export feature to ADP is a game-changer and all the important info just gets transferred automatically. I also love being able to add internal notes that only we can see.
Cons
Very rarely, the export to ADP gets stuck which can slow down our hiring process. It doesn't happen all the time, though so it's not a huge deal.
