Honestly, we have faced more issues than positive outcomes overall and the experience felt somewhat impersonal

They do not resolve issues, do not respond to questions and even though we were up-to-date with payments, our service was cut off for a month and no one addressed the mistake.

The Talana platform is very user-friendly, offering us features for managing time and allowing employees to easily request vacation days, leave and track events.
Cons
Well the servers frequently go down and they don't respond which means we often have to explain this situation to our employees.

Cons
The system crashes sometimes and sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with post-sales support.
