Pros

It also connects smoothly with job boards and internal communication tools which saves recruiters and hiring managers a lot of time.

Cons

The platform is powerful overall but the reporting and analytics dashboard would be better with more customization options. Faster customer support during busy peak hours would also help. Every now and then, the system slows down when it's processing a very large number of applicants.
