Pros
We initially invested in this product during the pandemic when we needed to shift our recruiting and onboarding processes to be virtual/online. We are really glad we did because it has greatly streamlined the process and helped us get new hires ready for their first day much faster. And overall the portal is easy to use.
Cons
First we hesitated to invest in a product like this because of the high cost. As it seems better suited for larger companies but it's definitely worth it.
