“Easy and simple interface
Pros
Over the past year I have relied on this tool and discovered it to be remarkably easy to use, with an interface that feels instinctive and enables both HR staff and employees to find what they need without friction, its self-service capabilities empower our team members to update and manage their personal records independently which has materially lowered the administrative load on our HR department and, in my view, makes it an excellent solution for optimizing and simplifying HR workflows across the board.
Cons
Just an appreciation!!! I truly cannot praise the support team highly enough, because during our onboarding they were exceptionally helpful, walking us through the setup and supplying comprehensive training materials, every query or issue that surfaced was tackled promptly which helped make the migration to this platform both smooth and efficient and it gives me real peace of mind to know that knowledgeable assistance is readily on hand whenever our organization requires it.

It's so much easier to manage candidates with this system. It's made our whole hiring process a lot smoother.
Cons

“Hard-to-navigate interface
Pros
Although it has its quirks, I find that it enables me to accomplish many varied tasks and to congreatate numerous distinct workflows within a single platform which simplifies oversight.
Cons
For me, the interface is extremely hard to navigate, it feels strongly oriented toward UK practices and overall it does not offer a user-friendly experience.

Our HR team and I found that it offers numerous powerful capabilities that generated a lot of enthusiasm among our HR staff and in addition it was easy to operate while the implementation consultants provided excellent support throughout.
Cons
However, we found the reporting module somewhat complex and our team ran into several problems while implementing the reporting functionality.
