Pros
The CV parser works really well and the browser plugin makes it convenient to pull candidate details and job descriptions directly. I also appreciate the customizable trackers which help organize the hiring process the way we need!
Cons
One thing that could be better is support for file attachments in emails and trackers. Notifications also feel a bit limited compared to what I'd expect.
