The support team's turnaround time is fast and I appreciate being able to implement changes according to our comfort and accessibility needs.

Pros
Managing the candidate pool is much more organized and efficient and I find it saves time by automating routine recruiting tasks while providing useful analytics and feedback.
Cons
One concern I have is around data privacy, keeping sensitive applicant records in this software makes me uneasy about how securely that information is stored and who can access it. I also worry that relying on this single platform limits our outreach: it tends to attract people who already know our brand, so it doesn't always help us reach fresh, diverse talent pools beyond our existing networks.

For me the access is very easy and posting jobs is easy I find the software good but it definitely needs updating.
Cons

Software is really easy to get used to and work with and I find it not overly complicated.
Cons
For me, several expected features are missing and really should be included, like a two-panel option that isn't available, improved email formatting and invites that currently feel a little clunky and unattractive. I also miss a quick-response feature, responsiveness isn't there but it's something users clearly need.

Keeping track of candidates is easy and I find the interface very user-friendly, I can also easily download a candidate status tracker for each position.
Cons
In my opinion recruiters need more notifications, right now alerts go to the technical team whenever we move a candidate into TP and I also expect recruiters to be notified whenever someone assigns them to an RRF.

Reports generated in the system cover candidates and positions for sourcing, interviews, offers and hires and I find them very useful.
Cons
Reports are synchronized with our internal software, My Zone, because right now they aren't connected. When I'm editing position details I find myself clicking the update tab repeatedly just to advance to the next tab and the whole process drags, especially when I publish a position to the careers page, the tool becomes slow.

For me, it still needs better handling of interview attendance tracking and smoother integration for scheduling interviews with Google Meet.
