Duplicate prevention made simple

Pros

Duplicate entries are easy to prevent and I find the system extremely simple to use.

Cons

It would be really helpful if I could attach document files so others can easily reference them when needed.

Fast support and flexible changes

Pros

The support team's turnaround time is fast and I appreciate being able to implement changes according to our comfort and accessibility needs.

Cons

We currently have one complaint: we aren't able to upload multiple resumes in bulk which is limiting for our recruitment workflow.

simple interface and notifications

Pros

The interface is convenient and I find the email notifications simple enough for anyone to use.

Cons

We can't publish job openings directly to our corporate website using this tool which is frustrating.

Quick to learn platform

Pros

Learning to operate the platform is quick and I found it incredibly easy to pick up with no confusion.

Cons

Organized and automated recruiting

Pros

Managing the candidate pool is much more organized and efficient and I find it saves time by automating routine recruiting tasks while providing useful analytics and feedback.

Cons

One concern I have is around data privacy, keeping sensitive applicant records in this software makes me uneasy about how securely that information is stored and who can access it. I also worry that relying on this single platform limits our outreach: it tends to attract people who already know our brand, so it doesn't always help us reach fresh, diverse talent pools beyond our existing networks.

Impressive search and algorithms

Pros

Algorithms and search capabilities work impressively well and I find the interface makes reviewing resumes easy.

Easy access with outdated features

Pros

For me the access is very easy and posting jobs is easy I find the software good but it definitely needs updating.

Cons

I have experienced occasional issues with access being unreliable but the service team has been excellent and resolves our queries very quickly, I really appreciate Shreya Naware, she is a real asset to your company.

Simplified candidate tracking

Pros

Using this software has made my work much easier, since I'm able to follow each step and track candidates from interview stages all the way through onboarding.

Cons

Yes, I'd like to see more comprehensive fields in the HR feedback forms so I can capture richer candidate details during reviews.

Missing key features and responsiveness

Pros

Software is really easy to get used to and work with and I find it not overly complicated.

Cons

For me, several expected features are missing and really should be included, like a two-panel option that isn't available, improved email formatting and invites that currently feel a little clunky and unattractive. I also miss a quick-response feature, responsiveness isn't there but it's something users clearly need.

Complicated offer and RRF processes

Pros

Standalone reports are thorough, yet I find the different modules don't communicate with one another.

Cons

Because the offer module and the RRF module don't link up, I end up with more complicated processes when trying to track demand versus supply.

Easy resume tracking

Pros

Tracking which positions are open and uploading resumes is easy and I really like being able to do this.

Integration and retrieval issues

Pros

Features for managing job positions are helpful and I appreciate the nicely designed dashboard.

Cons

There have been issues with the GMeet integration and I can't add vendors' email IDs into job descriptions, additionally I'm unable to retrieve CVs that were attached to JDs once those positions are closed.

easy candidate tracking

Pros

Keeping track of candidates is easy and I find the interface very user-friendly, I can also easily download a candidate status tracker for each position.

Cons

In my opinion recruiters need more notifications, right now alerts go to the technical team whenever we move a candidate into TP and I also expect recruiters to be notified whenever someone assigns them to an RRF.

Slow reports and difficult workflow

Pros

Reports generated in the system cover candidates and positions for sourcing, interviews, offers and hires and I find them very useful.

Cons

Reports are synchronized with our internal software, My Zone, because right now they aren't connected. When I'm editing position details I find myself clicking the update tab repeatedly just to advance to the next tab and the whole process drags, especially when I publish a position to the careers page, the tool becomes slow.

Great for duplicate CV detection

Pros

Tracing back and determining whether a CV is a duplicate is possible which I'm really glad about.

Cons

There isn't anything I didn't like but if I could suggest an improvement, I feel every new user would benefit from a short guided interface.

Efficient resume and task management

Pros

Searching resumes, keeping track of candidates, receiving interview reminder notifications and managing tasks is easy and I find this software incredibly helpful.

Cons

For me, it still needs better handling of interview attendance tracking and smoother integration for scheduling interviews with Google Meet.
