Simple candidate management

Pros

Reporting, scheduling interviews and shifting candidates between roles is simple and I find it convenient that I don't have to reject them to make changes.

Cons

For my day-to-day work, I rely heavily on the TP document because I have all interview schedules and critical information there.

Efficient ATS with automation

Pros

This ATS is very user-friendly and I find candidate management efficient with automated workflows, feasible integration with job boards and customizable hiring pipelines.

Cons

Although the platform offers some flexibility, I do wish there were more customization options since I've noticed limitations when adapting it to our hiring workflows.

Pros

GUI is very convenient and easy to navigate and I notice it improves the candidate experience while the modules are easy for me to use.

Cons
