“Comprehensive talent management tool

Pros

TalentPulse is the best in Talent Management digital platforms. It is the first of its kind to bring all Talent Management insights together in one place, covering everything from talent assessments and career planning to succession planning. The platform offers a wide range of assessment tools and compiles all the data into a single, customizable report. Also it provides an easy to understand predictive employee-role fit score. The software makes employee data entry simple with a bulk upload feature which is great for setting up your organizational structure. Plus it includes a useful competency library for reference. The TP team is also very supportive, ensuring the implementation process runs smoothly from start to finish and is always available when you need help.

Cons

While it offers integration capabilities, it is not an option for us at the moment since we are in the process of migrating to a new HRIS. This standalone setup causes operational challenges as jobs and roles have to be entered manually even with the mass upload feature. Extra effort is required to maintain an accurate organizational hierarchy, as any changes in the org chart are not automatically updated in the system unless you manually adjust or re-upload the data. Proper mapping of competencies to the organizations standards is essential, or the information will not be accurate.

It helps reduce manual tasks and centralizes the data within the system. The integration of AI is a big advantage.

Cons

I have not been able to access the full system yet so I don't have much to comment on at this point.

“Needs customization options

Pros

The platform offers an extensive collection of job descriptions which helps our employees understand how they can grow in their careers. The assessments can also be further tailored to reflect the companys values.

Cons

It is not very user-friendly as each job description contains minimal content and requires further customization. The layout is dark and hard to read and projecting it to a screen is difficult. I am also unsure if it can be integrated with our GES. We have to manually upload the latest staff listing from GES to it which is time-consuming.

Cons

Some features have similar screen layouts which confused me at times.
