Easy to Use

Pros

I have used it both as an applicant and a hiring manager and its very easy to navigate. The step by step instructions guide you through the process quickly.

Cons

Some of the forms do not load correctly on all browsers.

Talent Reef

Pros

TalentReef was a helpful tool in hiring staff for Zaxbys. It saved all applicants online for various managers to view and hire.

Cons

The only issue with this software is that applicants often forget their passwords and always have to call customer service to retrieve them so they can finish their online hiring forms.

Talent Reef

Pros

We use TalentReefs portal for one of our brands and the overall experience has been great so far. All our employee files are stored there, which has completely eliminated our need for paper.

Cons

The overall software is good but it should include a feature that walks users through or answers basic questions. First-time users would benefit from that.

All-in-one and easy to learn.

Pros

TalentReef helped us create a personalized hiring website that sets us apart from other companies. It then pushes our site out to many job search engines online. Their software also provides an all in one solution for our onboarding needs. Administrators can select applications, schedule interviews, leave notes, hire candidates and complete the full onboarding process. Plus it lets us document employee issues and other events for potential future use. This software helps our team maintain professionalism and ensures that we properly document employee issues, which can be useful in case of terminations or unemployment inquiries.

Cons

TalentReef can be a bit confusing at first. With so many features, the learning takes some time. However, they do offer great support to ensure every client is helped promptly. I recommend spending time going through their training pages to get familiar with the software, as it will enhance your overall experience.

Employee management software for large and small companies

Pros

The online application process is user-friendly and works well for both small and large businesses. Its a great platform for accepting online and mobile job applications and also helps onboard staff throughout the hiring process.

Cons

Setting it up requires a lot of man-hours but the effort you put in determines what you get out of it.

Cumbersome

Pros

The customer service was excellent. The account reps are knowledgeable about the product and help me navigate a process that can be bulky and complicated. Posting new jobs is also very easy.

Cons

Releasing an applicant is very difficult. There's no alert to notify the person who posted the job about new applicants which makes the entire process quite challenging.
