“Customizable but bugs interfere with functionality

The ability to customize the product to fit the specific needs of our company is what we like.

Cons

It has several bugs that occasionally disrupt some of its functionalities.

“Not ideal for small businesses

It is easy to access, provides multilingual support, allows file sharing, multiple evaluators, filters and multi-posting.

Cons

This software was originally designed for recruitment agencies and staffing firms. So I would say it is not always well-suited for the recruitment processes of small businesses or large enterprises.

“Functional platform but room for improvement

Pros

One thing I really like is the ability to post to multiple places at once and get a detailed analysis of CVs.

Cons

The major issue is receiving duplicate or triple applications from the same candidate.

“Difficult to use

I only like the customer service provided.

Cons

Unfortunately the platform is difficult to use and does not always meet our needs. It often feels like you have to take an extra click or two to get things done.

“Easy publishing and screening

Pros

The features I use the most are related to publishing job descriptions, collecting applications and screening functionalities. I have also had the opportunity to administer a few tests related to both hard and soft skills. The system is much easier to use compared to many other software solutions I have reviewed. The cross-posting feature is also very helpful in streamlining the posting and promotion of job descriptions.

Cons

I would consider increasing the difficulty level of the tests. As a higher level of complexity would lead to more accurate assessments.
