“Easy and user-friendly tool

I'm consistently impressed by how intuitive the interface is. It's not just easy to use, it actually makes my daily tasks efficient and, dare I say, enjoyable. Everything is right where you'd expect it to be.

Pros

I find that components such as Automatic Interviews, the Kanban board and bespoke Email Templates help me build a more personalized rapport with candidates while enabling rapid workflows and I also appreciate that the platform leverages cutting-edge technologies which ensure the product remains updated and well-maintained.

Cons

Although I don't rely on the mobile app often, I do notice that certain mobile views, particularly the candidates and vacancies lists, could perform more reliably and need refinement to be genuinely usable on the go.

Pros

From my experience candidate and vacancy funnels exceptionally strong, with a powerful search functionality that enables applicants to efficiently schedule themselves for interviews and the platform additionally provides support for billing.

Cons

We had a demo with reputable brands and support was extremely responsive, although the implementation process was organized yet slightly overly detailed.

“Quick status updates

Pros

What I appreciate most about the system is that when I select a candidate I can immediately update their status right there, without having to open a separate window or tab which aligns my workflow.

Cons

Overall, I find the platform to be efficient and reliable, so there are no particular features that I find myself disliking to any great extent and I want to express my gratitude, thank you.

Pros

We find it incredibly easy to customize the platform's features and functionality, from dashboards to detailed reports, so they align with our workflows, because the provider rolls out regular updates that reflect evolving industry requirements, we have experienced a significant reduction in the time we must devote to administrative tasks.

Cons

I feel that the user interface for a number of pages and reports could be improved to be more simple and polished and on occasion certain report downloads take longer than expected which interrupts our workflow.

Pros

I find the platform highly configurable and during initial deployment I discovered it was easy to configure, moreover, my interface excludes superfluous features, so unlike other solutions it never feels cluttered or overwhelming.

Cons

While the default website templates could use a little polish, I've seen some really beautiful sites that customers have built with this product. It's clear that with a bit of work, a much more refined look is definitely achievable.

Pros

Having used this tool, I find it outstanding, this applicant-tracking solution is simple and quick to get the hang of and I believe service will assist both candidates and employers in locating and filling roles. That said, this software appears to be expanding into regions beyond its Maltese origins, yet at present it lists only a number of overseas vacancies, so those of us searching or recruiting from outside Malta might struggle to discover opportunities or applicants that match requirements.

Cons

I find it currently lacks many job listings beyond Malta, although this tool intends to expand.
