“Had mixed feelings”
Pros
As a first-time user I am really impressed with how simple everything is. The customization for single dialing is spot-on and setting up lead pools was easy too. What I love most is the flexibility to create as many pools as needed and make them available as required.
Cons
The navigation feels a bit clunky as you have to go through Talisma first and click through several screens before you can actually start working. Overall I would say it is frustrating when you are trying to be efficient.

The competitive analysis features are simply the best and have given us a clearer understanding of our recruitment process making it much more efficient and streamlined.
Cons
I find some of the features pretty basic and the user experience could definitely be improved with better design to make it more easier to use.
