Pros

One thing that works really well is how I can quickly add or remove jobs and locations just by using the hashtag. It's very convenient and the applicants are sent directly into my ATS which saves time. On top of that I consistently receive a strong number of applicants.

Cons

Now in my second year using this platform I honestly have no complaints. It continues to bring in high applicant volume and the candidates I get are usually the right fit.

Pros

I really like how effectively it stretches our ad spend. Our job openings get distributed across multiple job seeker sites and the single landing page setup pushes those roles out to relevant job boards across the web. That has significantly expanded our reach and brought in more qualified applicants. Other than that their support team is extremely responsive and quick to take care of anything we need. I've been very happy with both the customer service and the product itself. It's easy to use, performs better than other similar platforms we've used and gives us the confidence to invest more because the results have been consistently there.

Working with this platform has been a really positive experience because their reps and engineers are great! They make time to meet with you, understand what you need and help build custom solutions that fit your goals.

One issue that comes up at times is the budget pacing. Certain jobs can gain traction very quickly and the budget ends up getting used faster than expected.

Pros

Right away it felt more like a partner than just another ad platform and it fits smoothly into the way we already work. The system is very user friendly so my team and I had no trouble getting comfortable with it. Also the level of service has been consistently excellent something my talent acquisition supervisor regularly points out. One of the biggest benefits has been its impact in rural markets where it helps us reach candidates more effectively when our ATS doesn't always deliver. Because of that we're able to access talent pools we likely wouldn't have reached otherwise which has really expanded our recruiting reach. The setup process was also incredibly simple and we ran into zero problems during onboading. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the platform and would absolutely recommend this platform without hesitation.
